About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled White Goods Engineer to join our team at Currys. As a key member of our home services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing, diagnosing and repairing white goods appliances in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a White Goods Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving company vans and managing your own day effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Testing, diagnosing and fixing white goods appliances in customers' homes to the highest standards.
  • Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with our services.

You'll need to have a proven track record of experience in white goods repairs, a full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points, and ideally hold ACS qualifications in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
