Creche Assistant Opportunity

Nuffield Health Bromley FWC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Creche Assistant to join our team. As a Creche Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children to explore their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a nurturing and engaging atmosphere that promotes children's physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development.
  • Plan and implement play and education activities that cater to individual children's needs and interests.
  • Ensure the creche is clean, tidy, and safe at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with parents and carers to provide updates on children's progress and activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a creche environment, with a strong understanding of childcare legislation and best practices.
  • Qualifications in childcare, such as NNEB, NVQ Level 3, or BTEC, with a focus on early years education.
  • Desirable: EYPS, Paediatric First Aid, and a passion for creating great experiences for children and their families.
