About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll work closely with our operations team to analyze key metrics related to delivery times, warehouse capacity, order fulfillment, and logistics operations.

  • Analyze and enhance key metrics to optimize delivery operations, reduce delays, and improve cost-efficiency.
  • Work with our operations team to ensure warehouse functions align with overall business goals, focusing on stock inbounding and storage optimization.
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models to provide clarity and insight into complex operational challenges.
  • Partner with regional managers, store general managers, and other stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations.

You will be responsible for tackling real-world challenges, navigating ambiguity, and providing practical, data-driven solutions to drive tangible improvements in our logistics and delivery network.

About You

We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience in operational or logistics-heavy environments, such as e-commerce, retail, or distribution centers. Your expertise in SQL and familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI are essential.

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in operational or logistics-heavy environments.
  • Proven experience in Delivery & Warehouse Operations, including last-mile delivery, logistics optimization, and warehouse management.
  • Expertise in SQL and strong command of BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
