Join Our In-House Legal Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK qualified solicitor to join our in-house legal team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice and assistance on a wide range of data protection matters, particularly in third-party contracts.

Working closely with our Senior Solicitor and other members of the Legal team, you will be responsible for advising on data protection matters in contracts and queries from various business areas. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing relevant and timely legal advice on data protection law, including contract negotiation.

We are looking for a commercially minded solicitor with some exposure to data protection laws, including drafting and reviewing data processing agreements, privacy policies, and reviewing data protection impact assessments. If you have a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and assistance on data protection matters
  • Advise on data protection matters in contracts and queries from various business areas
  • Work closely with senior leaders across the group to provide relevant and timely legal advice
  • Draft and review data processing agreements, privacy policies, and data protection impact assessments
