Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Engineering and Architectural Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client data environments, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve.

Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience and knowledge in the Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform, including Azure, Databricks, Fabric/Synapse Analytics, Dedicated SQL Pools, and Data Factory.
  • Programming and Tools: Proficiency in Apache Spark, SQL, and Python, with a solid foundation in best development practices.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing strategic data plans that drive client success and reflect the latest industry trends.
  • Lifelong Learning: A commitment to continuous professional development, with an interest in becoming a Microsoft MVP or achieving equivalent recognition in the data engineering community.
