As a key member of Amazon UK Services Ltd.'s logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements that enhance the efficiency and productivity of our operations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Amazon Extra Large (AMXL). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for analytical work and a strong background in supply chain management to make a significant impact on our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing data and gathering feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. You will establish frameworks to ensure that the balance between quality, speed, cost, and other factors are optimised. Regular reviews of process efficiencies will also be a key part of your role, offering data-led solutions for changes that will drive long-term improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting role, with a proven track record of success in process improvement. They will also have experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and be proficient in analytical tool building, understanding of SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.

About the Team

Our team is made up of people across operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and programme management. Everyone plays a crucial role in growing this part of the business, which looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
