About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our catering team at the Look Out Discovery Centre. As a Catering Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and drinks, including operating the point of sale system.
  • Provide a high level of customer service in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Work safely within Health, Safety, and Hygiene policies and instructions.
  • Assist with special catering functions, such as children's parties, as required.
