About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our catering team as a Catering Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and drinks, including operating the point of sale system.
  • Provide a high level of customer service in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Work safely within Health, Safety, and Hygiene policies and instructions.
  • Support special catering functions, such as children's parties, as required.
