We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Training Coordinator to join our Learning and Development department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and responsive regional training coordination and administration service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Facilitate regional training sessions across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality training for all employees.
* Assist in preparing and implementing regional training calendars, coordinating with trainers and stakeholders.
* Prepare monthly reports, monitor attendance, and review feedback to evaluate training program effectiveness.
* Coordinate and source trainers to meet national training requirements, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Audit regional training offices to ensure they have necessary equipment, maintaining a high level of training delivery consistency.
* Travel to regional sites to meet with managers and senior staff, fostering strong relationships and communication.
* Conduct annual surveys to evaluate training program engagement, identifying areas for improvement.
**Administrative Duties**
* Book staff on training courses and maintain the training database, ensuring accurate records and efficient tracking.
* Support regional trainers in preparing and maintaining course materials, promoting standardization of training delivery.
**Requirements**
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
