Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Scotland. As a key member of our support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide support and guidance to our young people to help them achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and supportive environment

About Aspris:

We provide a unique community-based, living and learning environment in support of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. Our team assists children and young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included within the local community and to ensure they have the capacity to prosper beyond Aspris Scotland in the wider post-school world.

Please note - due to the location of this home and nature of the role, candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence as you are required to transport our young people to external locations.
