**Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant service during your shift, ensuring that our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate daily duties to the team, maintaining a motivated and focused department.
- Support the drive and improvement of products, service, and standards, leading by example.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and memorable service to all guests, inspiring the team with clarity and confidence.
- Assist the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager with staff training and development, ensuring the department is prepared and organized.
