Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in proactive planning of works to ensure completion within scheduled completion dates.
  • Request and arrange subcontractor attendance on project works.
  • Follow up on outdated works and works not completed with subcontractors.
  • Operate the Dalkia "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries, and invoice queries in line with Dalkia policies.
  • Provide support on the helpdesk when required.
  • Interact with engineers and subcontractors to help deliver works successfully.
Requirements
  • GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent.
  • An understanding of and experience with project works environments.
  • An understanding of key deliverables of a Programme of works and experience in the use of applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
