Credit Control Team Leader Job Description
**Job Summary**
Advancing People Multilingual is seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Team Leader to join their team in Nottingham. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for the proactive management of credit with clients and key customers across EMEA.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor and manage aged debt, providing focus and drive to the team and resolving specific issues.
* Motivate and develop the performance of the team and individual credit controllers.
* Set and monitor monthly targets, providing coaching and training to improve skill sets.
* Review ledgers with credit controllers, ensuring all accounts have a fluid action against them and advising on action plans.
**Requirements**
* Previous experience as a credit controller or collections advisor.
* Leadership and supervisory experience is an advantage.
* Numerical accuracy and strong communication skills.
* Resilient nature and positive attitude.
* Good computer skills.
**What We Offer**
