Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Coventry. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, providing support and reassurance to oxygen therapy users and their families.



Key Responsibilities


  • Install and maintain respiratory equipment in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the NHS
  • Provide daily management of workload, offering a professional service to patients
  • Operate and maintain safe working practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements
  • Participate in an 'On Call Rota' (approx. 4-5 nights per month)
  • Respond to Ad Hoc requests from the Healthcare Helpline to deliver a service in addition to your daily route
  • Maintain high standards of driving proficiency at all times in company vehicles
  • Follow good housekeeping practices in the regional depots and company vehicles
  • Maintain safe practices when loading and unloading equipment into the vehicle(s)
  • Maintain upkeep of your company vehicle

What We Offer

As a Respiratory Therapist at Baywater Healthcare, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, guaranteed on-call payments of £40/night (with an average of 46 nights per month), skills-based salary enhancements, and quarterly Team Performance bonus scheme up to £12,000 per annum. You will also enjoy annual leave starting at 23 days, rising to 25 days within 2 years with service, life insurance cover, company pension scheme, finance and protection through SimplyHealth, car leasing scheme, and access to Blue Light card.
