About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our Experience Team at Zoocha. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and product management, to ensure that our products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the highest standards of quality.

We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio of design projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. If you have a passion for user experience and a desire to work on a wide range of exciting projects, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the highest standards of quality
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of design projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
