Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team at Pasta Evangelists. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring that our organization remains a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver HR programs that drive engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
- Support the development of business cases for HR-related initiatives.
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
