Job Summary

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success by managing documentation and data from onboarding to off-boarding. Your responsibilities will include HR data management, maintenance, and auditing, ensuring operational processes and procedures are aligned with current employment law and compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for payroll data preparation and auditing for payment accuracy, partnering with HRBP to support employee relations tasks, and providing support on basic employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Data management, maintenance, and auditing
  • Ensure operational processes, procedures, and policies are aligned with current employment law and compliance requirements

Requirements
  • Familiar with local laws, regulations, and human resources market environment in UK
  • Enjoyment of data processing tasks
  • Exceptional time-planning and multi-tasking
  • High Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Patient, Empathetic, and Passionate for helping people
  • Fluent in English, Chinese languages are preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
