Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEND school in Bishop Auckland. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a group of pupils who require extra support to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
* Help pupils with daily living skills and personal care
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* Teaching assistant qualification or at least 6 months experience
* Experience working with SEN pupils
* Great ability to interact with pupils and keep them engaged

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
