About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our team, you will work with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, providing expert therapy and support to maximize their potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess communication needs in a range of environments and implement evidence-based therapy to aid day-to-day communicative success.
  • Work independently with individuals to develop functional targets and recommendations to support their communication needs.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Contribute to the development of our therapeutic approach and ensure its effective implementation across the environment.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist with a degree or postgraduate diploma in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with the Health & Care Professions Council. You will have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders and a strong understanding of AAC approaches. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality therapy and support to individuals with complex needs and be committed to ongoing professional development.
