About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Cambian Group. As a Consultant Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering an SLT service and providing support to individuals with a range of Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an SLT service to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors
  • Work across two Specialist Schools, supporting students with Asperger's Syndrome and other associated challenges
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive support package
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to maximize individual potential
  • Contribute to service development and ensure an inclusive communication environment
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist with a degree or postgraduate diploma in Speech and Language Therapy. You will have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders and preferably have worked with AAC approaches. You will be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and have a genuine desire to help others.
