About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting a positive and empowering environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mental health best practices and research, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RMN) with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions, symptoms, and treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including ad hoc shifts and varied work patterns.
