About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Redwoods Centre, part of Midlands Partnership Trust NHS. As an RMN, you will play a vital role in the care and rehabilitation of mental health patients, providing tailored support plans and working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet patients daily, providing individualized support and care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Work closely with patients, families, and carers to promote mental health and wellbeing
  • Administer medication and perform routine physical health checks as required
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience in mental health nursing
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
  • Enhanced background check
