We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Assistant to join our team at Heron Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our sales team to achieve sales objectives and exceed targets
  • Provide unparalleled customer service, handling customer queries and concerns with ease
  • Oversee the store's visual appeal and presentation, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers
  • Juggle between the store's front and back, from tills to restocking, to ensure seamless operations

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £11.44 (enhanced to £12 when on management duties)
