About the Role:

  • As a Senior Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
  • You will be the linchpin in delivering exceptional customer service and handling any concerns with ease.
  • You will oversee the store's presentation and visual appeal, ensuring it is always pristine and welcoming.
  • You will work closely with the team to achieve sales objectives and boost morale.
  • You will be responsible for juggling between the store's front and back, from tills to restocking.

About You:

  • You will have proven experience in sales assistance, ideally in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Bonus for having key-holder experience.
  • You will possess a dynamic personality, grounded in honesty and organisation.
  • You will have a robust work ethic with a tendency to thrive in lively atmospheres.
