About the Role

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality HR advice and guidance related to benefits administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of general HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, providing expert advice and guidance on benefits administration.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day benefit administration, including informing providers of changes in employees' life cycle and maintaining online benefit platforms across multiple countries in Europe.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in benefit-related processes, policies, and tools.
  • HRSM Technology: Utilize HRSM technology to triage, track, and manage incoming inquiries and cases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommending solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation: Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communication Skills: Possess solid verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify critical situations and take action to escalate where necessary.
  • Teamwork Skills: Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and ability to multitask.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Experience: Experience with Workday, Service Now, and Darwin is desirable.
