About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Support Educator to join our team, working closely with our pupils aged 11-19 who have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Complex Needs. As a Lead Support Educator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning plans, ensuring our pupils receive the best possible care and education.

About the Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Lead Support Educator, you'll need:

  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Special Educational Needs (SEN), Child Development, or a related field
