Education Support Partner

As an Education Support Partner, you will play a key role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with Autism and complex needs.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will help implement creative strategies to engage pupils and promote their emotional and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support teaching staff in preparing learning materials and delivering classroom activities
- Assist pupils with emotional and physical needs, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
