About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experience.

With a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership. Your hands-on experience as a mechanic will enable you to divide your time between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

A competitive salary of £27,851 to £33,207 per annum, including an average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year, makes this a highly attractive opportunity.
