Job Description: The Workshop Technician will play a critical role in the repair and refurbishment of our recycling equipment, working closely with our Technical Service Manager to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard. This includes carrying out repairs and refurbishment of new and stock machines in the workshop, maintaining accurate records of all work carried out on machines entering the workshop, and evaluating workshop equipment and reporting any defects in writing to the TSM.

Requirements: To be successful as a Workshop Technician, you will need to have experience of electrical wiring diagrams, hydraulic systems, welding and fabrication, and mechanical systems. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team are also essential. In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, and full uniform including PPE.
