About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Transformation Specialist to join our team at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. This is a full-time position based in Belfast, with a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and processes for the payroll area. They will work closely with the HR and Payroll operations organization to create, manage, and transform documentation of internal procedures and business requirements.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of execution capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform business analysis support for an HR and Payroll operations organization.
  • Create, manage, and transform documentation of internal procedures and business requirements.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for payroll processes and procedures.
  • Create and manage documentation of internal procedures and business requirements; manage business analysis and documentation of system change specifications; and implementation of user application test plans.
  • Execute test plans and identify and document discrepancies found through the ability to accurately assess output against expected results; Resolve discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, communicate issues and results clearly, and retest as required.
