About the Role

ABL 1Touch is expanding its operations, and we're seeking a skilled Panel MET Technician to join our team. As a key member of our business, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the repair of motor vehicles meets industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct repairs in an efficient, safe, and economical manner, maintaining the vehicle's integrity and safety.
  • Observe and report on vehicle structure and paintwork, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Remove and store vehicle components, fluids, and gases as directed by work orders.
  • Perform quality control checks, with final sign-off on repairs.
  • Report faults and defects noticed during repairs, and ensure the repair method is documented and displayed with the vehicle.
  • Align panels and adjacent components, and complete underseal, weld-through primers, and anti-corrosion measures.
  • Strip and refit components as necessary, including adjustment and panel alignment.
