This full-time permanent role offers a diverse and varied work environment where no two days will be the same. As the first point of contact for customers, transportation, and warehouse, you will provide exceptional customer service while being responsible for general administration, investigating and resolving customer enquiries, data entry, and generating delivery labels. Key attributes include previous experience in an office environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus free onsite parking and café.
