Education and Children's Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioners to work and train within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services based in Croydon and Merton. The training posts will equip the post-holders to provide interventions for children, young people or families using evidence-based interventions consistent with the training.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with Croydon Drop in (CDI) and Off The Record (OTR), as well as working collaboratively with Children, young people, parents/carers and professionals from a range of services.
- Deliver evidence-based guided self-help interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Support children, young people and parent/carers who are referred into the MHST or community services.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with children, young people and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
