Job Title: On-Trade Manager

As an On-Trade Manager at Screwfix Direct Ltd, you will play a vital role in representing the team on our Trade Sales Counter. Your primary responsibility will be to help our Trade customers, predominantly plumbers and electricians, get exactly what they need for the job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Building: You will chat to customers, understand their projects, and offer advice to drive sales.
  • Running Your Own Business: You will take ownership of all your own KPIs, including sales, account growth, onboarding new customers, and providing great service.
  • Team Leadership: You will guide and coach the team to achieve great results, building a reputation for your store to be proud of.
