Horsham - Supply Chain Manager - £40k-£60k - Clean Energy

Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading provider of clean energy solutions to recruit a Supply Chain Manager. This role involves taking ownership of a small, high-performing team responsible for sourcing and procurement of strategic goods.

Main Responsibilities:

• Acting as the senior tactical subject matter expert for procurement responsibility

• Providing advice to the business on balancing commercial supply arrangements

• Developing a comprehensive work plan for advancing procurement policies

• Line management responsibility for the Supply Chain Analyst

• Escalation point for global trade compliance and logistics issues

Key Skills:

• Relevant degree or MCIPS (working towards or willingness to achieve)

• Several years' experience in procurement

• Experience managing purchasing, suppliers, contracts, and stakeholders

• Evidence of successfully implemented change through procurement strategies

• Global trade and compliance knowledge

Salary and Location:

• The salary/package is circa £40k-£60k for this position

• The role is based in Horsham, with hybrid working options available
