Christmas Team Member Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant store teams as a Christmas Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our peak trading period sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety and security standards
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process
