Christmas Team Member Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our peak trading period sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
• Support colleagues in achieving daily and weekly store targets during peak trading
• Educate customers on product features and benefits, adhering to all store and company standards
• Contribute to visual merchandising changes and stock management to ensure stores are peak ready
• Follow brand and store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries

Requirements
