Park Medical Centre, a friendly healthcare team based in Small Heath, is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our established community health team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Salary: £22,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to provide high-quality patient care in our inner-city General Practice setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Phlebotomy, Diabetic Checks, Spirometry, Flu Vaccinations, Child Nasal, Pneumonia, B12s, Shingles, Dressings, ECGS, Blood Pressure reviews, Health & Weight checks, NHS Health Checks, and Asthma review preparation work for Long term illness patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing quality patient care through various clinical duties
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless service delivery
Person Specification:
We are seeking a highly skilled and caring professional who possesses:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with Emis Web software (desirable)
