We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at The Peat Inn, a Michelin-starred restaurant in [location].
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running sections across the kitchen to a precise and consistent standard, with the ability to work calmly, effectively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a calm, professional, and mature working environment in a prestigious Michelin-starred venue, with opportunities to learn and develop your skills. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and cuisine, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and values.
The role will involve working dinner service only on Tuesdays to Thursdays, and lunch and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and also observe three days at Christmas and one week from January 1st.
