Job Title: HSEQI Manager

Join our team at Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery, a world-class supplier of quality fuels, as we embark on a journey to decarbonize and reduce our CO2 emissions. We are seeking an experienced HSEQI Manager to lead our Performance Team, reporting directly to the Refinery General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSEQI policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and Group requirements.
  • Oversee environmental management systems to minimize the site's environmental impact.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and industry groups.
  • Manage Health, Safety, and COMAH compliance, emergency responses, and product quality.
  • Act as the primary contact with emergency services and regulatory bodies during emergencies.
  • Oversee the identification, risk assessment, and management of major accident hazards.
  • Ensure the workforce is properly trained on HSEQI standards and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Develop inspection programs for critical assets and identify potential risks.
  • Align HSEQI strategies with long-term plans and manage profitability targets and budget control.
  • Implement systems to monitor site safety and track performance trends.
Requirements:
  • A graduate with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience or demonstrated technical competence.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, emergency response, and risk management.
