Litigation Secretary / PA Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Secretary / PA to provide direct support to our Litigation Partner in a busy Commercial law firm based in Belfast City Centre.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing.
  • Administer filing, including daily filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files in accordance with office procedures.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Make appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain an up-to-date diary for the principal.
  • Provide support to other secretaries as required.
  • Attend clients in person and on the telephone, providing professional and friendly support in line with the firm's client care standards.
