About the Role
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual students' needs and goals.
  • Foster a positive learning environment by enhancing pupils' confidence and self-esteem.
  • Effectively manage challenging behaviour in children.
  • Potential opportunities for outdoor activities promoting learning about plants and nature.
  • Utilise visual aids to facilitate communication with students requiring alternative methods.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working with students with SEND.
  • Valid enhanced child workforce DBS.

Salary estimate: £29 per hour. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the importance of the role in supporting learners with complex needs.
