The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support, promoting good behavior, and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering academic support to students, including small-group tuition and one-to-one coaching.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on student progress.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to school activities.

Requirements:
* Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Education or related field.
* Proven experience of working with children, ideally in a teaching assistant role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £28,500 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
