Surgical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a range of medical products, including stents, glues, and meshes, to hospitals and private clinics across the Southeast.
The ideal candidate will have medical sales experience in the surgical field or clinical experience as a scrub nurse, radiographer, or ODP. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, leading to long-term relationships.
About the CompanyBMS Performance is a well-established exclusive distributor of medical devices in the UK, working in partnership with several manufacturers across a range of disciplines. We support clinicians and provide better results for patients, with our portfolio used across all manner of surgeries, including gynae, neuro, cardiac, urology, and radiology.
About the PackageWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000-47,000, with an uncapped bonus/OTE of 16k. You will also receive a £500 monthly car allowance, as well as benefits including healthcare, pension, and 26 days' holidays + stats.
