About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to support learners with special educational needs in a dynamic and progressive school environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and personalized learning strategies, collaborating with teachers and professionals, and assisting with personal care tasks and helping learners develop social and emotional skills.

Requirements
  • Be able to work full-time
  • Have experience working supporting needs like speech and language disabilities and autism
  • Have knowledge of other relevant teaching strategies and resources
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude towards supporting children with SEN
