Care Assistant Role: As a Compassionate Care Specialist, you'll play a vital part in our mission. This rewarding role involves providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and maintaining their independence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Undertake personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user, their family, and professionals involved in their individual service plan.
  • Work within our policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop professional relationships with service users and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Communicate regularly with your supervisor, sharing changes in the service user's condition or circumstances.
  • Participate in training, including induction, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
  • Complete documentation, such as service user records and timesheets.
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for individuals with an empathetic nature, who can demonstrate compassion and dedication to providing vital support and care. No prior experience is required, as full accredited training will be provided. A driver with access to a car is also essential.
