Lead Spray Painter

Job Description:
The Lead Spray Painter shall assist in ensuring the smooth flow of production through the manufacturing line to meet on-time deliveries in the most effective manner.

Main Duties & Responsibilities- Leading the paint team to meet KPI’s- The spray-painting of heavy mild steel fabrications- Maintaining a strict high standard of Health & Safety.- Maintaining a high-quality standard.-
- Workload being planned and prepared in advance.- Identify the needs of your team and train existing and new team members.- Identify production concerns and communicate to Production Supervisor.- Pursuing continuous improvement and problem-solving opportunities- The use of gantry cranes and fork-trucks for material movement
