Property Sales Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new business opportunities
- Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales strategies
- Gain new instructions for properties to market and complete contracts on properties
- Upsell additional products and services to clients
- Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
- Canvass the local area and door knock to promote properties
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Experience as an Estate Agent looking to take the next step in their career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
