About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, generating new business, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new business and repeat sales
  • Focus on marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Complete contracts on properties and ensure they are presented in the best possible light
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and engage with potential clients
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent looking to take the next step in their career
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
