FreshMinds, a boutique management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist for Housing Initiatives to support their senior leaders with urban regeneration projects and organisational change programmes.

The ideal candidate will have strong project and programme management skills, with a focus on supporting council-led housing delivery. They will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams as part of the regeneration projects, liaising with various team members within the business, and managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team in managing multiple workstreams as part of the regeneration projects
  • Liaising with various team members within the business, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc.
  • Working closely with and managing relationships with various internal stakeholders ranging in seniority
  • Developing and maintaining strong public sector experience, ideally within local authorities
  • Providing exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Utilizing business case writing, data analysis, and ability to take direction and hit the ground running

Requirements:

  • Strong project and programme management skills with a focus on supporting council-led housing delivery
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams as part of regeneration projects
  • Strong public sector experience, ideally within local authorities
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in business case writing, data analysis, and ability to take direction and hit the ground running
